Senior High Ministry

We have created three specific atmospheres that run regularly where Sr. High students can come and encounter God and connect with their peers around God’s Word.
Sunday morning at 9 a.m. we have D-Up which is an opportunity for Sr. High students to be in a student connect group. This is a great chance to connect with other Sr. High students around God’s Word.
Sunday morning at 9 or 10:30 we encourage Sr. High students to encounter God in our intergenerational church services.
Sunday nights during the school year we offer Echt for Sr. High students to encounter God together. Echt nights are filled with elements of worship, speaking, testimonies, art, creativity, discussions, and activities. These nights are designed for some to encounter God for the first time and for others a great place to bring their friends to introduce them to Christ. Some Echt nights are devoted to Student Connect Groups where Sr. High students can connect with each other around God’s Word. These nights are setup to help students encourage and challenge each other in following Jesus.
This semester we are working through Generation Change, a Financial Peace University resource teaching students to Be who God Created them to be, Do more with their money, and Go write their story.

We also have special events for Sr. High students that help them experience Life Change through Encounter, Connect, and Serve.
Encounter:
- July 21-26, 2013 A week long adventure for senior high students at Cran-Hill Ranch in Rodney, MI with peers exploring who God is and being challenged through biking, high ropes, zip line, climbing, horse back riding, canoeing, initiatives, worship, the Word, and small groups.
Ethos Worship Night
- - May 29 or June 2, 2013
- This is a worship event for junior/senior high students and their parents where the vision of studnet ministries will be cast as to how we will be partnering with families in discipleship of their students. **There are two dates, however the same service will take place at each event, so please choose one to attend.
Echt Encounter Nights – June 30, 2013 and August 4, 2013 (more details to come)
