Wee Gather

Our new program called Wee Gather for the Early Childhood ministry on Wednesday nights will be a combination of music, prayer and Bible stories; Wee Praise, Wee Pray, and Wee Learn. Your child will have an opportunity to sing Christian songs, learn ways to pray and hear Bible stories that will help them to make good choices in their life. We will meet each Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:30 in room 25. Check-in will be at the 3's and 4's check-in counter. All children from ages 3 through Kindergarten are welcome to attend.

The Church has left the Building

Remember when we picked up trash on the streets of Quincy? Remember when we served the elderly in the Quincy community? Remember the "No nap for me" Sunday? Those were events that got us out of the building and into the lives of the people of our community. So, we are planning another such outreach event for the community in which we live. We will gather on October 4th during our regular Wednesday night Gathering time to distribute bags of groceries to the needy of Quincy. We will not have our regular meal that night and will encourage your family to skip that meal (Fast) as we deliver food. Two to three weeks before this event, you will have an opportunity to sign up to bring groceries for this night and/or deliver groceries as a family or as a group of friends. We will gather in the Worship Center for a time of prayer and praise and then leave the building to deliver the goods. Then we will gather again when we are done for a short time of reflection and praise. This will be a great time to share the abundance we have with the people of Quincy. If you have names of people that we can take groceries to please give them to Lindi Horner, Steve Hill or the church office-222-2529.
