Meet the Staff
Chuck and his wife, Gail, fell in love with Madison Park when he first began preaching during an interim period in 1999. He’s grateful the leadership invited me to stay. They love Quincy and love Madison Park.
Chuck and Gail have three married daughters and one grandson. Joe and Michelle Ryan and Garrett Aeilts live in Lincoln, IL. Scott and Amy Bates have a home in Landing, NJ. Frank and Jill Dicken reside in Bel Air, MD.
Chuck loves to travel and teach. He’s had the privilege of visiting more than a dozen countries and been blessed with the privilege of teaching for Lincoln Christian University (IL), Beeson Divinity School (AL) and TCMI, International (Europe).
His favorite pastimes are running, reading, and watching movies. Chuck and Gail both enjoy walking and the great outdoors, especially mountains and rivers. They also enjoy and good movie whenever they can make time.
Keith has the privilege to work closely with our staff and encourage/equip them in their ministry area here at Madison Park. Together they identify ministry leaders for our current ministries being carried out and new ministries being formed. He works closely with Chuck Sackett and Carol Cramer in the general day to day administrative duties. Currently, his role also includes investigating and overseeing our 2nd site launch.
Keith and his wife, Tammy, have four girls, Alison, Emily, Elise, and Amy.
Evan was born in Burwell, Nebraska, but when he was five years old, his parents moved to southwest Idaho. He attended First Christian Church in Caldwell, Idaho and it was there that he became a Christian at the age of 14.
After graduating from Puget Sound Christian College in 1973, he traveled to Jerusalem the next spring to do a term of graduate study at Jerusalem University. He also met my wife, Lindi, who was also a student there. They were married in Bellingham, Washington on June 14, 1975.
They have two grown children, their son, Dane, who is married to Lisa and their daughter Kelsey. Evan began his practice as pastoral counselor at First Christian Church in Dodge City, Kansas. He have also served as the preaching minister in Grandview, Washington and Witt, Illinois.
Tyler serves alongside some incredible people, Kyle, Suzi, Marcia, and Lindsay on the Madison Park Church student ministry team. His main focus is senior high through college age and 20′s.
Tyler is married to an amazing woman and best friend Jenny. They have two daughters, our princesses, Journey and Trigg.
As a family they enjoy outdoor adventures such as camping, biking, kayaking, hiking, caving, climbing, and whitewater. The core of who Tyler is loves to be challenged and to challenge others.
Andrew serves with the Connect Ministry team. Nothing excites him more than helping people experience life change in Jesus.
His wife, Jen, is an incredible companion and an amazing mother. Their kids Emma & Dylan are both hilarious and inspiring. A few things he enjoys are music, coffee, books, chasing his kids around, laughing with his bride.
Jason joined the team at Madison Park in 2008 and oversees the Media/Technical ministries. He has a passion for making the invisible God visible through art, media and technology. In his free time he enjoys golfing, watching Texas Longhorns football and spending time with his wife, Marcia and their two girls, Kaitlin and Hannah.
Tammy has a passion to encourage women to connect with one another as they grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ through the study of His word. Tammy is the wife of Keith and mother to four daughters, Alison, Emily, Elise, and Amy.
Carol serves with Danelle and Tim as secretary in the office. Madison Park has been home for many years and she deems it a privilege and a pleasure to be able to serve with our staff.
Carol and her husband, Ed, have four children, seven grandchildren and two great grandkids.
Danelle is a part of the Organizational Ministries with Carol and Tim. She is thankful for the opportunity to serve in a growing church community. She enjoys watching God work in people’s lives from day to day.
Danelle and her husband, Gary, met at Lincoln Christian University and were married in 1997. They enjoy family activities with their son, Brendon. Some of her favorite hobbies are scrapbooking, camping, hiking and traveling.
Les is in charge of building maintenance at Madison Park, which includes cleaning, remodeling, fixing things, etc., etc., etc…
Les is a bluebird enthusiast who enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. He is also an avid carpenter and woodworker who built his own house.
Les graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in industrial technology. He spent 25 years in the manufacturing industry before he found his calling at Madison Park.
He is the father of Kyle who lives in O’Fallon, IL with his wife Jessica. Kyle was recently sworn in as an attorney, and Jessica is a veterinarian.
I am a part of the Connect Ministries Team with Andrew and Tammy. I also lead the First Impression Team and get the opportunity to work with our seniors in the Senior Adult ministry (Senior Sonshiners).
I was born and raised in Quincy and am proud to call Quincy and Madison Park home. I love anything Texas Longhorns. “HookEm’ Horns”! I also enjoy the outdoors. Things like racing, camping, hunting, canoeing, and biking fuel me and are a big part of my ministry in building relationships.
Since joining the staff in 2009, Kelsey serves alongside Les in maintaining the facility at Madison Park, which includes cleaning, painting, fixing, and organizing.
Kelsey graduated from Western Illinois University in 2008 with a degree in graphic communication. In addition to working at Madison Park, Kelsey gives guitar and drum lessons. She is an avid musician, and she also enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, playing games, and drinking coffee.
Marcia is thankful for her opportunity to serve at Madison Park Church in the Early Childhood Ministries. Marcia feels a call on her life to work with children and help them to grow spiritually and develop a relationship with God.
After growing up in Oklahoma, Marcia studied at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, where she met her husband, Jason Beddall. They have two beautiful girls, Kaitlin and Hannah.
In her spare time, Marcia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys watching sports, especially football and golf!
Suzi serves alongside an amazing student ministry team Tyler, Kyle, Marcia, and Lindsay. She will be focusing on elementary, first through sixth grade ministries.
Suzi is married to a wonderful man, Dale, who has always been her biggest fan and best friend. They have two fabulous children LeAnna and Brett.
Suzi enjoys entertaining, trying to create new and exciting menus, spending time with her family, and playing board games and cards.
Lindsay is proud to be a part of the Student Ministries team where she not only works with amazing people like Tyler, Kyle, Suzi, Marcia, and Lindi, she is blessed to work with the children in this area, our future.
Lindsay has lived her entire life in Missouri, so this is her first adventure outside of the Show-Me state; she’s here with her wonderful husband Travis, and their two precious little boys Tennyson and Titus. They are all thankful to be in Quincy and to be a part of what God is doing at Madison Park and in the surrounding community.
Their family loves to do anything together, but we really enjoy biking, cooking, and anything in the water. As they join the Madison Park family, they strive to step up and become more and more like Jesus!

Scott and his wife Amy moved to Quincy and joined Madison Park in October of 2012. They spent 14 years in ministry in New Jersey and are excited to be back in Illinois (where we are originally from) serving God and living closer to family.
Scott serves alongside Les and Kelsey in Facility Ministries, which involves building, remodeling, cleaning, fixing, etc.
His role also includes working in the Serve Ministries. They strive to create opportunities for people to serve each other within the congregation, to serve others within our community (the Quincy area) and to serve others within our world (missions). The more we serve the more we become like Christ.
He roots for the Fighting Illini, New Jersey Devils (NHL), and Miami Dolphins (NFL, sort of). He also enjoys DeWalt tools, playing golf, hunting, shooting guns, woodworking and spending time with his wife (movies, traveling, babysitting a dog named Callie and working on their house).
